Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the Summerly Invoice application (the "Service") operated by Summersoft Solutions Inc. ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

1. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

2. User Conduct and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the invoices and any content you create and send through our Service. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service.

You agree not to use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that are found to be engaging in such activities.

3. Payments

Our Service integrates with Stripe to allow you to collect payments from your customers. By using this feature, you agree to be bound by Stripe’s Terms of Service. We are not a party to your transactions with your customers and we do not handle, store, or have access to any cardholder data. You are responsible for all transactions, disputes, refunds, and any other issues that arise from the payments you process through Stripe.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Summersoft Solutions Inc. and its licensors.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Summersoft Solutions Inc., nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

7. Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Summersoft Solutions Inc. is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page.
